Terms of service.

1. Project Scope and Proposals

Each client will receive a custom proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and expectations of their selected package or service. Once the proposal is approved, a formal contract will follow, which includes all relevant terms such as payment schedules, project deliverables, late fees, and timelines.

2. Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project start date. The remaining balance must be paid as outlined in your contract. No work will be delivered until full payment is received. For add-ons and extras, payment terms will be detailed in your proposal or discussed during the project.

3. Ownership and Copyright

Upon full payment, all rights and ownership of the final deliverables—including websites, branding, and other digital assets—will be transferred to the client. However, the copyright to the original design work, process documentation, and source files remains with the designer (me). This means you own the end product, but I retain the right to showcase work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

4. Revisions and Scope Creep

Each package includes a set number of revisions as stated. Additional revisions or requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees. These will be discussed with you prior to any extra work being performed.

5. Project Timelines and Communication

Project timelines are estimated and depend on prompt client communication, approvals, and submission of required materials. Delays in communication or feedback may result in timeline extensions.

6. Termination Policy

Clients may terminate the contract with a 7-day written notice. However, all payments made up to the point of termination—including deposits—are non-refundable, and no further deliverables will be provided. Work completed prior to termination will remain the property of the designer unless full payment is received.

7. Confidentiality

All client information, strategies, and business documents will be kept strictly confidential. I value your trust and treat your business details with the utmost respect and discretion.

8. Dispute Resolution

Dispute resolution procedures are outlined in your signed client contract. We aim to resolve any issues professionally and fairly through clear communication and mutual respect.
